12.8 V 65 Ah LiFePO4 lithium battery in a Group 22NF case. Energy 832 Wh, dimensions 22.9 × 13.8 × 20.8 cm, weight 6.46 kg. The model is designed for heavy wheelchairs and mobility scooters, where a reserve of lifting power is required.
Compared to a 12 V 55 Ah AGM battery, the difference is significant: 4000+ cycles versus 300–500, up to 10 years of service versus 3, and weight 6.46 kg versus 15 kg. Self-discharge of 3% per month instead of 15%.
A 65 A BMS gives 832 W of continuous power. The peak discharge reaches 325 A for a second. Two batteries in a 2S assembly give 25.6V and 1664W.
The system can be expanded to 4P4S: 48 V (51.2 V) 260 A·h, that is, 13.3 kWh of energy and 13.3 kW of power at a current of 260 A.
Protection covers overcharge, deep discharge, overcurrent, short circuit and overheat, and BMS recovers in about 30 seconds after overload. The case is not afraid of moisture and salt fog, the charge is blocked below 0 °C, the discharge below -20 °C.
