58.4 V 10 A charger for LiFePO4 lithium batteries rated at 48 V, i.e. 51.2 V. The output voltage corresponds to 16 cells in series.
The charge proceeds in three stages: pre-charge, constant 10 A and final phase with a constant voltage. The unit is designed for long-term operation, so 100 Ah will charge for about 10 hours. If you need faster, you should take a more powerful model.
The device activates a battery that the BMS has disconnected due to deep discharge. The operating temperature range of the charge is from -20 to 40 °C, so in winter in a cold room it works, but more slowly.
The case has a switch, mounting holes and a fan. The panel shows the status: power, charge, full charge, error or waiting. A separate LED duplicates these states.
Four protections are claimed: overheating, reverse polarity, short circuit and overvoltage. Connection through ring terminals.
